Loved by many, influenced hundreds, remembered by thousands, missed for a life time. This is created in loving memory of Daniel Eaton [August 22, 1985 - January 14, 2009]

Daniel Eaton was like an angel sent to Earth with a quest, with a mission. He was one of the greatest friend I have met. No one could have asked for better. He was always there for me, through highs and lows, no matter how much I whined or flung hatred or sad comments at him about situations at that moment in time, he always had a way of cheering me up. From reading his wall, I guess I can safely say that he just has a way with people, with all his friends. He loved everyone, and everyone loves him.

I found out at midnight that he was gone, I cried myself to sleep, and I'm still in shock. It was like a nightmare that I wish to wake up from. I wish it was a really bad joke, a false truth. Every moment I secretly hope he would sign onto MSN to tell me he's alright. He hasn't been gone long, but I already miss all his cheerful, fun-loving greetings he used to say when he messages me. Dan, we were supposed to play that game, remember? But we never got around to it... but maybe we will, one day.

The question, Why, Why him keeps popping up in my head. He was too good of a person to deserve this. He was gone way too soon. A part of me wish life was a game, in the sense that, when you die in a game, you can resurrect... Just maybe.. I want to also create a time turner.. or be Hiro from Heroes and be able to time travel, just to see you smile once again.

Thank you for all the help you gave me, all the love and care you provided me. Thank you for always being there for me. Thanks for being a part of my life, and best of all, a true friend to me. There isn't anything I couldn't share with you, and that meant a lot to me. I only wish... I could have said good-bye. I wish I could even re-live the past just to see you once again, to tell you again just how much you mean to me (even though you already know), to tell you to stay away from your house along with your parents on that fateful day, to protect you...

We'll meet one day, soon, I'm sure of that. But for now, please rest well, along with your parents.
